KLAUZULA INFORMACYJNA ZWIĄZANA Z PRZETWARZANIEM DANYCH OSOBOWYCH

Administrator danych tj. Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością działająca pod firmą GLOBAL SHIPPING SERVICES Sp. z o. o. mająca siedzibę 84-200 Wejherowo posiadająca nr KRS 0000327210, REGON 220741341, NIP 5882302609,

informuje, że:

- w sytuacji przekazania danych osobowych przez klientów ich administratorem staje się wskazana Spółka, która prowadzić będzie operacje przetwarzania danych w zakresie wymaganym treścią umowy zawartej z klientem w zakresie rekrutacji do pracy lub wymogami przepisów prawa.;

- Spółka posiada Pracownika Ochrony Danych Osobowych (PODO), z którym kontakt jest pod adresem mailowym: office@bl-shipping.eu

- Państwa dane osobowe przetwarzane będą udostępniane tylko i wyłącznie podmiotom zainteresowanym pozyskaniem pracownika. Przesłanie do Spółki klauzuli zgody na przetwarzanie danych jest równoznaczne z wyrażeniem zgody na przekazywanie danych potencjalnym pracodawcom poszukującym pracowników, które to podmioty zapewniają wymagany poziom ochrony danych osobowych przed ich nieuprawnionym ujawnieniem;

- podstawą przetwarzania danych jest art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a) oraz art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b) Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE;

- podanie danych osobowych jest niezbędne do zrealizowania umowy zawartej pomiędzy stronami,brak danych uniemożliwi prawidłową realizację umowy (brak ewentualności rozpoczęcia procesu rekrutacji, w tym weryfikacji kandydata do pracy);

- osoba podająca swoje dane osobowe ma prawo do: żądania od administratora dostępu do swoich danych osobowych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania, wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec sposobu przetwarzania, przenoszenia danych, ma także prawo do wniesienia skargi do organu nadzoru oraz do cofnięcia zgody na przetwarzanie danych osobowych;

- dane osobowe nie podlegają zautomatyzowanemu podejmowaniu decyzji, w tym profilowaniu;

- dane osobowe przechowywane będą przez okres niezbędny do zrealizowania umowy nie dłużej niż lat 7 od momentu ich podania przez osobę, której dane osobowe dotyczą,

- In case of providing personal data by the Client it will be processed for the purposes required to complete agreement of recruitments in maritime sector

- Company employed the person in charge of data protection (PODO), who can be contacted on email: office@bl-shipping.eu.

- Your personal data will be transmitted only to third parties who are interested in recruiting Employees.. By sending to Company the signed confirmation for data processing is equal to confirmation for transmition of data to potential Employers who guarantee the proper level of data protection

- The base of the data protection is art.6 ust1. A, and art.6 ust1,b of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament dated on 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC

- Providing the personal data is required to complete the agreement and failure to do prevents the use of job matching service.

- The person who data refer has the right to request from Company- controller- the access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing as well object to processing of his/her personal data. He or she has also the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

- The personal data will not be under the automated decision making system incl. profiling

- The personal data will be stored for a period required to complete the agreement not longer than 7 years from providing.
